With Done-for-You ($297/mo or $497/mo), Billy & Associates designs your website, connects your domain, configures your calendars, builds your follow-up workflows, and handles monthly maintenance.
Are phone calls and SMS text messages included in the monthly fee?
Your subscription covers platform software access. Usage for phone numbers, outbound/inbound SMS, voice minutes, and email delivery carrier charges are billed separately based on actual consumption, disclosed before activation.
Can I upgrade from Self-Service to Done-for-You later?
Yes! Many clients start on SmartOS Self-Service and upgrade to Smart Site & Follow-Up when they want our Baton Rouge team to build out custom pages and advanced automated follow-up sequences.
Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?
